Fulfill.com Partner Program Terms

1. The program
The Fulfill.com Partner Program lets technology and service vendors ("Partners") create and maintain a listing in the Fulfill.com partner directory, and—on paid plans—receive placement inside Fulfill's 3PL-facing applications and lead introductions.
2. Listings and content
- You confirm you are authorized to represent the company you list and that the information you submit is accurate.
- Fulfill reviews and may edit, decline, or remove listings at its discretion to maintain directory quality.
- You grant Fulfill a license to display your name, logo, and submitted content across Fulfill.com properties for the purpose of operating the directory and program.
3. Paid plans
- Premier is billed monthly or annually via Stripe and can be canceled anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Premier partners must maintain a published exclusive member offer. Placement inside the 3PL portal is contingent on an active subscription and a live offer.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Leads and introductions
Fulfill facilitates introductions between Partners and 3PLs but does not guarantee lead volume or outcomes. Lead contact information is provided for the purpose of responding to that inquiry and may not be resold or added to unrelated marketing lists.
5. Brand referrals
Referral revenue-share terms (currently 10% of revenue on closed referred brands) are tracked and reconciled manually by the Fulfill team and may be superseded by a signed agreement between you and Fulfill.
6. General
These program terms supplement the Fulfill.com Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Where a signed enterprise agreement exists, that agreement controls.
